Order Pizza neon sign Who has the best pizza in Columbus? I have a pizza poll on my other blog...

Casting a vote on Columbus Best Blog is a nice thing to do... I get less traffic on that blog because I don't know how to do a lot of the things you need to do on a WordPress Blog to get things where they need to be.... I get a lot of spam there. I got local pizza spam the other day.

Leaving a comment here about your favorite pizza could win you $1350 in coupons / gift certificates.... including some free pizza...it's not just pizza, there's a variety of Central Ohio Restaurants represented. A free Waffle from Waffle House, a pound cake from the Suisse Shop, ice cream from Denise's, Buy one get one free entree from El Acapulco, a free appsteizer from Hoggy's, a six pack of ice cream sandwiches from Dairy Queen. I will award one set of certificates / coupons. Some are just free food, some are buy one get one free offers, some are money off, it says it's worth $1350... it cost me considerably less..

Of those coupons / certificates many are pizza places...I've written about these "certificates" before, actually about a number of them are for pizza..

I should not be doing pizza in late April... this is Cinco De Mayo time. I don't eat pizza, I do eat Mexican food... but that will be the deadline May 5, 2007 midnight Columbus Ohio (Eastern) Time. I read about this a month or so ago in Columbus Business First and marveled at a Florida based company relocating to Central Ohio, specifically Worthington in the winter, Rise and Dine Restaurants. The company was formerly called Peach's Rise and Dine ...

" We’re moving our headquarters to the Columbus, Ohio metro area because it is a wonderful incubator for franchise restaurant chains, offering the support services and expertise we need,” (Gary) Hoyle said. “Ohio is geographically situated to let us serve our franchisees well.” according to the press release.

Rise and Dine Restaurants will be open similar hours to the Scramblers chain and First Watch Restaurants.

burger Did you notice the Sonic Burgers commercials during March Madness basketball games? I think there is just the Sonic Burger Restaurant in Whitehall how. Next drive in with carhops wearing roller skates will be in Grove City? The article in Business First of Columbus says:

"The company envisions opening 25 to 35 restaurants in Central Ohio, with its signature skating carhops serving burgers and shakes in Heath, Grove City and possibly London, Pickerington and New Albany by the end of the year."

By the end of the year? ..

Did you know we have a Puerto Rican - Italian restaurant in Columbus? On Cleveland Ave.... Costelo's.
