Nov. 21, 2006 Columbus close but no cigar
No this has nothing to do with the recent Ohio smoking ban, or even the ban in Columbus which has been in place since last year? Beginning of this year? For awhile now.
This is about real estate. This is about a new internet search. Sellers and real estate agents search for buyers on the internet. I put in the zip 43085 (Worthington Ohio ) and came up with a match, rodharris, (4 out of 5 little Monopolyish green houses, the scale used by Buyer Hunt) and found rodharris for homes between $200,000 and $300,000. Since it is a buyers market now in much of the US how about searching for buyers?
4 out of 5 houses......
"What Rod wants:
Price Range: $0 - $225,000
Property Type: Single Family
Bedrooms: 3 (minimum)
Baths: 1.5 (minimum)
Sq. Ft.: 1,500 -
: No
Features Additional Preferences
Parking: 2 Car Garage
Additional Information Mesa Greenbelt preferred or no neighbors behind."
Mesa Arizona? Not even close. Do you think Worthington Ohio might be outside of the area Rod would consider? Maybe something down Grove City way would be more convenient for Rod I came up with a bunch of buyers, none were in Central Ohio.
At the very bottom there is a testimonial from a REALTOR® named Rod... Rod H.
"I found my buyer an unlisted home just 6 days after posting a Buyer Profile!" -Rod H., Realtor® Darn Rod Harris may not even be real...

Maybe rodharris comes up on every search.
It is an interesting idea. There are maps. It showed me a map of Columbus. It showed me a map of Mesa Arizona. It would not add more than one zip code for me. It is a beta. There are no pictures of the buyers either. Pictures have been so important in searching for homes on the internet. If Real Living had a local search for buyers looking for homes in Central Ohio would you sign up for it?
Search for homes... pictures. You don't need to sign up... you can if you want to.
