What a good question, since I recently moved to Columbus  Ohio,and found a really cute apartment in Galloway, Ohio area and now I am re-thinking my move. Although my apartment is ADORABLE one beroom w/loft and skylight, my neighbors are Horrible! They are loud and smoke a lot, and throw their cigarrettes in the lawn in front of our apartment. They have visitors at all hours of the night, and I believe she runs a day care during the day since she has multiple people dropping off and picking up their kids. Don't get me wrong, the kids don't bother me, I love kids. The parents on the other hand "Cuss like sailors" I haven't heard the "F" bomb dropped so much in all my life! My lease is up in November  and I am so disappointed because i relocated here from California to take a full time position at OSU and now I may have to move again!

Moral of the story......Ask people of "like minds" about your area before you move there!!!!

Sorry to hear that. 

This is more about addresses than about the neighbors.  You have a mailing address of Galloway but you probably live in the city of Columbus.
