Visit the April 2007 newsletter on my website MaureenMcCabe.com for spring cleaning info. Wow that sure sounds like a lot of work...
" Dry-clean all curtains and draperies, and wash your windows inside and out."
You better believe someone else wrote that. And took the photo of a young woman cleaing house in a skirt. It says: "Spring cleaning is a great time to complete those chores you've been putting off all year — or in some cases, for the last few years."
Or never....
I have monthly home maintenance tips on my website if you have any energy left....

I've never been into spring cleaning much. I actually do most of my "spring" cleaning at Christmas. Because decorations go up on railings, lights, windows, etc., I use that opportunity to clean all the light bulbs, glass globes, windows, etc., so they sparkle their best for Christmas. When all the Christmas junk is put away, the house gets another thorough once over to eliminate all the pine needles from hidden crevices in couch cushions, molding, floors, window sills, etc. The rest of the year, I clean dirt as I see it. Which means I'm forever cleaning!
Thanks for the comment Bonnie. Christmas does take a lot of clean up, set up and take down, much more than it used to, I believe. Hope you had a great Easter.
