There were 2258 Delaware County homes on the market at the end of October vs. 2288 in October 2006. Slightly less inventory than a year ago. There were 2387 homes on the market at the end of September 2006.

In October 2007 176 homes were sold vs. 195 homes in October 2006, about 9% less sold.
1098 homes were sold in Septmember 2007.

There are 12.8 months of inventory at the end October 2007 vs. 11.7 months of Inventory at the end of October 2006. There was 14.6 months supply of inventory at the end of September 2007.

Average list price in October was $345,000 vs. $374,000 in October 2006, about 8% lower.
Average list price was $371,000 in September 2007

Average sold price was $ 264,000 vs. $267,000 in October 2006.
Average sold price in September 2007 was $271,000.

Days on market in October 2007 was 116 days vs. 124 days in October 2006
