Sales up 5.3% in Ohio

According to Columbus Business First home sales in the state of Ohio were up 5.3% in October 2005. " Ohio home sales rose 5.3 percent in October, and are up 5.3 percent for the first 10 months of the year, the Ohio Associaton of REALTORS� said Monday"

According to OAR: "Data provided to OAR by Multiple Listing Services includes residential closings for new and existing single-family homes and condominiums/co-ops."
