Ohio Association of REALTORS® reported statewide home sales in November sales were up! According to an article in Columbus Business First statewide sales were up 1.1%

Columbus home sales were up 1.3% in November according to the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. Accoding to the local board " Housing still hot despite cooler weather , November home sales were up slightly over a phenomenal November 2004. Year to date sales are up 3% and the average price of a Central Ohio home is up 4.5% from one year ago."

"The Columbus Board of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) serves all of Franklin, Delaware, Fayette, Madison, Morrow and Union Counties and parts of Champagne, Clark, Licking, Fairfield, Knox, Logan, Marion and Pickaway Counties. "
