Inventory of homes in Franklin County was up about 9% over March 2006 at the end of March 2007. March 2007 Franklin County home sales were down 19%. Average sold price was up slightly from a year earlier although the average active price of homes is lower.

It is a buyers market. a great time to buy a home, lots of inventory to choose from AND great interest rates.
