By special request... this is a chart of the past fifteen months of sales and inventory in Franklin and Delaware Counties . The light green bars represents inventory. The dark green bar represents sales. These are sales and homes for sale through the end of March 2007 and the previous 14 months history. I did each county separate a couple of weeks ago.

Inventory of Franklin Delaware County homes combined at the end of March 2007 is up about 7.4% from 2006 inventory. Closed sales of single family homes and condos in the two counties were down by about 18% compared to a year ago. Days on market for the properties sold increased to 118 days from 105 days in 2006.

Pricing is very similar to a year ago.
