The data is for an area in the MLS (Columbus Board of REALTOS multiple listing service) that contains Beechwold, Chaseland, Zooland, Salem Village and other northside neighborhoods as well as Clintonville. The MLS area is east of the Olentangy River West of 71, south of the Worthington line... the south border of the MLS area is harder for me to distinguish....there must be one, it is north of OSU. Clintonville and Beechwold homes would be the vast majority of the sales in the MLS area.
