John Henderson of the Denver Post wrote of Columbus ice cream amongst his worldly travels:

"The only place in the United States I've managed to find tastes that accurate is, of course, that tropical paradise and ice cream capital of the world: Columbus, Ohio. OK, our image of Columbus is of freezing air billowing out of some crazed Ohio State linebacker during the Michigan game on a 30-degree day in November."

Henderson was talking about Jeni's Ice Cream. Columbusite Jeni is one of the sixteen women entrepreneuers featured in the book 'Real You Incorporated' by Kaira Sturdivant-Rouda.

Ben & Jerry's "Chunky Monkey" is my favorite.
Did you know that New Englanders eat the most ice cream in the United States? This fact surprised me because I would have thought an area with warmer weather would be tops in the ice cream department. I love Chunky Monkey but I wish the chocolate chunks were smaller.
