according to Today's Columbus Dispatch has some benefits for those in Central Ohio with a Leap Day Birthdays... "Calendar quirk gives proud few a bounce" written by Kathy Lynn Gray:
"Boston Market restaurants will give anyone with a leap day birthday a free lunch, said Angela Proctor, spokeswoman for the chain.
"We looked up how many people had birthdays that day and decided this is a fun thing to do," she said.
Papa John's Pizza is offering a free pizza for birthday folks who order it from www.papajohns.com and pick it up at a local pizzeria. "

Confusing. I hope Zillow's crystal ball is correct and the value of porperties in Powell are increasing.
The Zillow info came from the Zillow call I listened to a few weeks back. The statistics in the table are from TrendGraphix. Real Living HER is the only company in Central Ohio with access to TrendGraphix. The numbers come from the Columbus Board of Realtors MLS.

Columbus Real Estate Market Report for the 15 Months Ending January 2008.
Does this mean anything? I am not sure that sales for a school district this huge mean anythiing, but I did Worthington Schools, Dublin Schools, etc.
It's a buyers market!
