There were 404 single family home sales closed in Worthington area (Worthington School district but not located in the city of Worthington or Riverlea ) in 2007. These homes are in the city of Columbus or Perry or Sharon Township. These homes are all in the Worthington School District. The Worthington School District extends to the northern tip of Franklin County along routes 315 and state route 23 (High Street) and east to Interstate 71. West of the Olentangy River, the school boundaries are more irregular.
2007 Worthington Area Single Family Home Sales:
List Prices ranged from $59,300 (really! a house in Mt. Air) to $675,000.
Closed Sales Prices ranged from $54,000 to $655,000.
The average closed real estate sales price for single family homes in $217,881.
On average, these homes sold for 97 % of their final list price.
Days on Market ranged from 1 to 632 days, with the average being 93 *days of market time.
This compares to 460 single family homes closed in 2006, with an average closed sales price of $229,469.

This compares to 546 single family homes closed in 2005, with an average closed sales price of $220,487.
The homes sold in 2007 were in neighborhoods in the city of Columbus and Perry and Sharon Townships including Worthington Hills, Maple Hill Retreat, Stilson Highlands, Bluffview, Olentangy Highlands, Olde Sawmille, Brookside Estates, Worthingtview, Brookside Village, Worthington Highlands, Worthington Trace, Westworth Village, The Sanctuary, Lindsey Woods, Woods at the Joesphinum, Ravens Glen and others.
