Keller Williams Realty offers an awesome KWLS system, similar to the local MLS systems. When you list with a KW agent your listing will be entered into this system.   All the listings in the KWLS are marketed  on thousands of Websites — including several popular real estate search engines such as Trulia and Google Base, kw.com, and of course, every market center and eAgentC Website in the Keller Williams Realty system.

Call or e-mail me today and lets get your home listed and marketed to all of the world via the awesome tool!

Las Vegas Listings

Posted at 6:38 AM, Nov. 9, 2006

One of the ways I market my listings is on the web.  There are many places to do this marketing - from my own websites (www.MaryW.com and www.MaryWarren.com)  to Realtor.com to Craigslist, and even sometimes on e-bay!   According to the National Association of REALTORS®, 77% of home buyers start their search on the internet, so advertising there only makes sense.  But I not only advertise on the internet I also purchase each of my listings their own domain name.  This gives each listing their very own web site.  This also makes it easy for prospective buyers to find.  Example are:

I put a sign rider on the "For Sale" sign in front of your house with that particular domain name.  Buyers driving buy never have to get out of the car to pick up a flyer (flyer boxes on my listings are full 99% of the time).  I also put it in all my print and internet advertising.

A couple of good reasons to go with the best!  Feel free to call direct (702-360-8165) or e-mail me
to hear about some of my other unique marketing plans.

Newly Listed in Las Vegas

Posted at 12:46 PM, Feb. 8, 2006

My latest listing is a real "cream puff" of a home.  Located in east Las Vegas near Sandhill and Russell.  You can't get much more for your money! A charming, very well kept home with a fenced in swimming pool!  New paint though out, ceiling fans abound, wood blinds in living room with faux wood blinds in other rooms, and MUCH more.  Laundry room with access to garage.  The front yard is desert landscaping. In the back you can sit on your covered patio on a cool summer evening and enjoy the mature landscaping ... grass, flowers, bushes...while looking out over your pool (or take a dip if it's a hot summer evening!).  Click here for more pictures and a flyer.  E-mail me for additional information!

Newly Listed in Las Vegas

Posted at 10:27 AM, Jan. 16, 2006

I spent the weekend, among other things, taking 2 new listings.  Both are single family homes in the Spring Valley area of Las Vegas.  These homes though older by Las Vegas standards (built between 1978 and 1982) are awesome because of the size of the lots.  You just cannot purchase newer homes with large lots.  These lots are 6000 square feet, enough room to put in a pool, have a large patio area plus room for a garden..

Walnut Creek is a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with over 2,000 square feet of living space.  Click here to see a flyer on it.   It is being revamped with a new roof, new carpeting and fresh paint as I type.

Deerfield is a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath and a little over 1500 square feet of living space.  Click here to see a flyer and pictures of it.  It has a new water heater and is being recarpeted.

What's really exciting about these two listings is they are both owned by a fellow REALTORŪ who lives in California.  I met her on an online e-PRO listserv.  Oh, the power of the online communities!
