Las Vegas Property Values

The below graphs, provided by fellow Realtor from norther Virginia, show how much real estate has increased over the last 5 years!  As you can see in graph one Neveda values have gone up over 100% during that time period....although not #1 in property values an investment in a home here is not a bad investment.  Jobs are available too....nurses are always needed, the school district is still looking for 400+ employees for the 2006-2007 school year, I met two people last week who recently moveved to Las Vegas because of a job offer by NV Power Company, and the list goes on.  There is no better place to live than Las Vegas!  Temp today  is 85F.  What more could you ask!
