Amy's Old Fashioned Donuts

One of my special friends is my Pastor's wife....Her name is Amy Snowden and she and her husband Pastor Luke are the parents of two beautiful children...Emma age 3 and Adam age 1.  Amy is an awesome cook and many of her recipes  were handed down from her mom (mom died when Amy was 15).  Amy has entered a recipe contest on-line at www.chefs.com.  She was choosen as one the the top 100 overall winners....during the next couple of months (until January 27, 2007, the 100 will be whittled down to 5!  Those 5 top winners will be flown to San Francisco, CA (all expenses paid) and then entered into another contest to pick the best of the best.  One of those top 5 winners will win $10,000 for her recipe.  Now tell me what Pastor and his wife could not use an extra $10,0000???? We at Sovereign Grace Community Church in Las Vegas are all rooting for her and praying she makes it at least to SF.

Amy needs all our help in order to win this contest.  Her recipe she submitted to the contest is for her "Old Fashioned Raised Donuts."  Each person can vote 5 times a day for 1 recipe or for a mixture of recipes.  I've been giving Amy ALL 5 of my votes, every day,  since the contest began back in mid-November.  The contest ends January 27.  So there are still many weeks left to vote your favorite. Give Amy of Las Vegas all your daily votes. She's consistently ranked in the 20-35 range, lets get her up to #1.
