Both are single family homes in the Spring Valley area of Las Vegas. These homes though older by Las Vegas standards (built between 1978 and 1982) are awesome because of the size of the lots. You just cannot purchase newer homes with large lots. These lots are 6000 square feet, enough room to put in a pool, have a large patio area plus room for a garden..
Walnut Creek is a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with over 2,000 square feet of living space. Click here to see a flyer on it. It is being revamped with a new roof, new carpeting and fresh paint as I type.
Deerfield is a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath and a little over 1500 square feet of living space. Click here to see a flyer and pictures of it. It has a new water heater and is being recarpeted.
What's really exciting about these two listings is they are both owned by a fellow REALTOR® who lives in California. I met her on an online e-PRO listserv. Oh, the power of the online communities! Interest RatesPosted at 7:03 PM, Jan. 15, 2006Are you aware that interest rates have been going down again? With excellent credit you can get a mortgage in the high 5% or low 6%, the lowest in over 2 months.Need a good lender to just talk to about mortgages, or maybe refinancing? Call my good buddy Mark Baker with Merida's Capital. He's awesome...has done several loans for me and manages to get done what he promises in a more than timely manner. Last loan he did for me was a refinance. The application was taken on 12-15-05 and the job was done and funds in clients hands on 12-29-05. Mark's phone number is 702-451-1040 or e-mail him at Mark@MarkABaker.com Need a good REALTOR® to help you find a home after checking the mortgages out? Give me a call...702-360-8165 or e-mail me at Mary@MaryW.com Things to Do While in Las VegasPosted at 1:34 PM, Jan. 14, 2006Las Vegas is not just "sin city" ...it's a town like any other town when you are off the strip...I use to live near Disneyland and consider the strip an adult Disneyland. I never go there unless I have company. There are tons of things to do here other than the strip. It's a great family town. Below are listed some great ideas for a family vacation, in the near future Ill do a list similar to this that will help the adults decide what they want to do while the kids are sleeping!
