Las Vegas continues to  grow! 

  • There are currently a 477 active new home subdivisions open in Las Vegas! 
  • The average price of a new home in 2005 was $300,000
  • Average price of a new home in 2004 was $270,000
  • Average price of a new home in 1990 was $125,000
  • There were almost 40,000 new homes sold in 2005
  • In 1990 there were approximately 12,000 new homes sold
