Las Vegas Relocation

I heard on the news the other day that given any place to relocate to that Las Vegas was picked as #5.  People are still moving here in by the 1000's.   An estimated 5,000 to 6,000 people move to Las Vegas every month.  The population of Clark County NV is currently a little over 1.5 million....when I moved here in 1998 the population was about 750,000!

After a very robust seller's market a couple years ago it has calmed down a lot and is a real buyer's market out there!  There are currently, per the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors MLS, over 33,500 listings available for sale.  There is no better time than now to purchase!
