Elections Coming to Las Vegas

Recently I started dong some work for the NV Republican Party at their offices here in Las Vegas.  If you've have a free hour or two once in awhile give your party's headquarters a call and volunteer your time.  As we prepare for the upcoming election we want to encourage people to get out and vote!  It is important that you make your views known, whether you be Democratic, Republican, Independent or one of the smaller parties.  Every vote counts, YOUR vote DOES count.  Nevada's elections are scheduled for November 7....early voting will be available a week prior.

Important decisions this election period are Governer, Senator and Congressman.....issues involve the war on teror, immigration, taxes and education.   Should the United States be in Iraq or shouldn't they?   How does the majority feel about same-sex marriage?  And many, many other issues.   Let your views be know!

I had the opportunity this past summer to visit the capitol building in Washington DC....to take a tour of the building and to see how things are ran on a first hand basis.  It was an awesome opportunity....if you've not done it give it a try.
