<p> I&#39;m in the market for a new laptop with windows 7. As a Realtor I want to be able to have a client sign a contract on the computer screen for much better efficiency. I&#39;ve heard that tablet computers have some inherit problems that normal laptops don&#39;t. Also, aren&#39;t the new laptops that are coming out have touchscreens where I assume a client could sign any contract? I&#39;m willing to pay for a god quality portable computer but don&#39;t want to over spend for something I don&#39;t need. What&#39;s the best route as a Realtor to go? Also, are most people going to web based programs? </p>

<p> I am wanting to setup a personal email address using my personal website domain. I would like recommendations on a business that provides both email using Microsoft Exchange Server, Web Hosting, and Web Design with templates that I can use to quickly design the website. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated... Thanks, Gary </p>

<p> Hi from Grass Valley, California. The heart of California gold country. </p> <p> Needs some advise. Just purchased a new computer running Vista. I have used Top Producer 6i for 8 years. I loaded the program but apparently it will not run o Vista. I get an error message with I try to open a client. </p> <p> Becaue I live in the country and much of the properties I show the internet is not always available to me. I prefer a data base that is resident on on hard drive not web based. </p> <p> Your input is very much appreciated. </p>

<p> I&#39;m using Trend Micro and Spamfighter, and the two of them are fighting against each other after years of using them. Trend Micro blames Spamfighter, Spamfighter blames Trend Micro. </p> <p> Downloading emails now takes 20 minutes for 15 emails! (no attachments) </p> <p> Anyone know how to fix this? And if not I&#39;ll dump them both. So what Anti Virus is everyone using? What you using to filter spam? </p>
