I am constantly asked  for my opion on the local housing market and am shocked when people tell me they are afraid to think about buying a house. First Time buyers are confused about the tax credits, financing, you name it. How could this be? There will never be a better time ot buy a home than NOW!

First of all, Stop Watching the news, or cut it down to twice a week. Most of the real estate stories seen on the National news are about the National market, not local markets. Charlotte has been very fortunate to experience a slight dip in home sales over the past year and now we are seeing signs that sales are picking up!
