It remains a buyer's market in Los Gatos, but not as deep a buyer's market as in many other parts of Silicon Valley.

One of the most helpful aspects of the Altos reports is that it breaks the activity down by market quartiles, so that the activity in entry level homes, for instance, is differentiated from the luxury home market. Are the reports supposed to differentiate between the 95030 and 95032 zip codes. It appears to me (based on the summary pages for the single family reports of the 2 zip codes) that they are based on the same data set.

Hi Ken,
I looked into this and learned that the zip-specific section starts on page 7. So both reports will give a look at the whole town then dive into the specific zip.
