You too can LOVE ALASKA!!!
If you would like to buy Real Estate in the Great State of ALASKA, just give me a call or email me. I have lived in ALASKA for over 44 years, and I do so because I love everything about it. I am not here because of money, I am here because I LOVE ALASKA. I vacation in ALASKA, why because it pulls at my soul. ALASKA is so vast that it will take me a lifetime to see it all. There are so many things to do in ALASKA. You can hunt, fish, kayak, camp, hike, or be a wild nature photographer. Or you can buy your dream home, your second home, or land to build. You can run a business, or just raise a family. ALASKA is a beautiful experience and one that seldom leaves a person once they have tasted some of what it has to offer. I can help you if you are looking for homes, land or a business to get started living your dream. I can point you in the direction you need to find out more about the different areas of the Kenai Peninsula, to help you make one of the most important decisions you will make in a lifetime...I look forward to working with you and helping you become a resident of our Great state, whether that is a permanent or summertime resident, I hope you will let me be your Real Estate Professional when you decide to make the move.

re: You can Love Alaska too!!
Sorry, I need to be better about coming to my blog. Alaska is a great place to live, that is why so many have tried to leave and find it impossible to do. The weather this summer was rainy, much like the past. But we did get a few 80 degree days. The last few years have spoiled us, we have had very nice summers, with many days in the high 70's. Our winters vary, but so far we started out with a cold winter, that is just getting snowy. We have about 2 feet in my yard in Kasilof, Alaska. The culture is about as varied as America is. A lot different cultures and history, people from all over the lower 48 and world. Job opps are starting to pick up all the time, we are getting a new WalMart and Lowes, and there are a lot of rumors in the wind about things that are going to get going from gold mines to coal plants. The communities vary as much as the people, but Anchorage and Fairbanks are big cities for us, and then the smaller communtites are great, I grew up in Homer, lived in Anchor Point for 22 years, these are great communities for family. But the bigger Soldotna, Kenai areas, have many fun things to do, so people just love living everywhere, depends on what your likes and dislikes are. Real Estate is doing great, last year seemed like a great year to buy land, prices are up, and it is really a seller's market at this time, but as with anything that can change. It is just a great time to live in Alaska.
