I just received a call from someone at Yahoo who started the conversation by saying they had a list of inquiries for waterfront property in my area.

They noticed on my RE/MAX profile that I do waterfront property. For a one time set up fee of $79.95 and a monthly fee of $25.00, they would put me in one of the top 3 positions to receive these referrals. What say you ePros????
