The Talking House - Mar. 29, 2006

Has anyone used The Talking House Program? Do sellers like it and do buyers really tune into the radio station to listen to the recorded message?

I tried it - didn't produce a single call - sent it back before the 90 day trial and they gladly refunded my money.

Now, to be fair, let me be clear about how I used it. I had it on 2
listings for 60 days (no calls). Sellers did say they saw people stopping and listening. I tried it in expired marketing, I had it on my website as a marketing plus and in all my material. Still got nada. That doesn't by any means you cannot make it work for you. It's mostly an investment of time, and they give you a free trial period. It may work for you.

The Talking House Program - Mar. 29, 2006

Posted by Anonymous
Hi all,

I too tried the Talking House. We were told that sellers love it, we tested it at our own home but the reception just wasn't clear enough in our area (Elk River, MN). I also found it to be too "high maintenance" that requires too much fiddling to get the message right and if the price changes, you may have to crawl up in their attic to change it. I wish it was a bit more High tech for us e-PRO's, I guess it is up to the agents, but I tried it for the trial period of 90 days, didn't get any sellers or expired's leads, did have a few comments from the neighbors about the clarity, and I sent it back for the full refund which they promptly took care of.
