I tried them and just found the process cumbersome. I really think with the Internet as a primary tool that offers visuals as well as info --Talking House is old technology. It might be a good listing tool if others aren't using it but I don't think it is worth the time or money.

I was looking for information from other Realtors about their success or lack of success in using Talking House, as I have had no success at all. I was curious if it was just me that wasn't getting any results. I wish I had never purchased it. I kept talking to my "coach" ( who I haven't heard from in approx. nine months) who said to change or upgrade your free offers. I offered as much as a $50.00 gift card to Home Depot and never received a single call, and I had three transmitters up and working at the time.

I just received my Talking House package, I'm still in the 90 day trial period. I am a new agent and don't have any listings yet. I've set 2 up in front of my relatives houses. So far nothing, but I want to see if I can gain an advantage using this when approaching FSBO's
