I use Talking House on all my Listings. As a fairly new
Agent this has helped me get more listings
and create a name in my Farm.I started out with the intro package of 5 boxes and
just ordered 3more. In response to one of the posts regarding bad reception,
itis up to the Agent to test the frequency and find the best. It maywork better
in some areas than others.Every product has its pros and cons. I liked the idea
of nomonthly fees on the Talking House. Once you pay for them they areyours. The
cons is that it does not capture leads like an 800number. But if you make the
radio commercial enticing enough (whichthey provide coaching), you may get some
buyer leads. And test yourfrequency to get the best reception. I think Talking
Houses standout more than 800 numbers. They are still pretty unique in our
areaand are attention grabbers. Sets you apart from the rest. Hope
