Just got back from Proctors Super Conference and learned about the new partnership between Craig and Success Sites (Raitts).  I had a success site for several years and did get results, probably worth the $150/mo fee, my fault if I did not effectively manage the leads... other issue :-(  
 
Anyway, the sites work... the new cost for the sites is VERY expensive! If, as I agree, you need both a "branded" and an "unbranded" site, with some "extras" the monthly cost is (I think) $330/mo!!  The import of the leads is not automatic... you just get a Vcard that then needs to be put into Agent Office, not a big deal, but still not automatic...  I say I used their site for several years... I made the change to what I have now and the recommendation of several of Proctors "Graduate Coaching" members.

They said many had changed over and I have been VERY pleased!  You get BOTH a branded and unbranded site, you get the Vcard, and very similar interface/look and feel of Craig's sites...  VERY effective at converting prospects in REAL leads!  I have received more out of state relo clients in the last 1-2 months than I received in a year with the success site... The "back office" interface is AMAZING!  You can track unlimited URLs, the email tracing is fantastic, just head and shoulders above what Proctor/Raitt have to offer... they may have invented the "mouse trap" but these guys made it better...

Ahhhhhhh, but who is going to build the site for you? Who is going to create the process that creates the vcf card from the form and then automatically creates a new contact in your Agent Office? And who is going to do the linking work to get your site linked to as many other sites as theirs are?

His sites are over priced in my opinion $120 per site per month. One can accomplish the same with a $5 month hosting of your own site. As a matter of fact you can have free pointer sites thought Microsoft Office Live sites
