You are absolutely correct, that is the ultimate test. So far, we have converted more than 30 leads to closed transactions and the number grows each month as more buyers are incubating in the system. I have read that buyer’s are in the buying mode for up to 18 months from the time they start their venture. The RG system does a great job of keeping in touch with them, giving them what they want and that is homes to look at. There is no time limit, the system drips them continuously and keeps sending them properties as they come available. We actually beat the curve and wrote two deals in the first 10 days of having RG. Here is an actual message I received just this morning from a person who first visited the site last evening. We get stuff like this all the time.

The buyer’s absolutely love the site, it’s easy to work with, it gives them what they want and that is a lot of homes to look at. Buyer’s want to see homes. They don’t want to see agents. When was the last time anyone ever went out to buy a new car and the first thing you did was interview car salesmen? This site simply satisfies the buyer’s thirst to see homes available. Sure there are some lookers, but they don’t take any of my time and don’t cost me anything and may refer someone to the site who will buy.

We are working on conversion as we learn more about the site and how to tweak what we do and expect to get our conversion to at least 3% by year end. Currently we do an average of 5 sales per month directly from leads generated by this site. That number is increasing as time goes by.
