Realty Generator Works Great - Jul. 23, 2007

I recently did a Google PPC campaign. Here are the actual results:

Impressive, ain't it? I am beginning to get this very uncomfortable feeling that we make decisions in real estate far too often on anecdotal evidence rather than hard numbers.I know this isn't what you were looking for; it's just my 2¢ from high atop one of my soapboxes.

 

I have had a significant number of e-Pro’s ask me for more information on the Realty Generator lead generation service I use and wrote about earlier. I have been in the business for over 36 years, currently rank number 10 worldwide with Realty Executives. I have completed as many as 479 transactions in one year and I am one of a handful of agents listed in the book “Billion Dollar Agent”. I’m not bragging, just trying to establish that I have been doing this a while and have seen just about every scam lead service, PPC lead campaign, done PPC myself and simply offer this information for agents really serious about their business.

 

 

To date, this is the very best lead generation service I have ever used. In fact, it is so far beyond the “pay per lead” services out there it’s not funny. I currently pay for a minimum of 200 leads per month but have never been close to that low of a number. They have always over delivered from day one. Last month, I had 374 new leads on my site. There is never a charge when they over produce. My team rates these leads as the very best leads I have ever produced. I have had the service for almost 9 months, we did two new contracts within the first 10 days and have now completed over 40 transactions as a direct result of these leads. I have over 2800 leads within the system which are being incubated by the website that is included in the service. The website is designed to give buyer’s what they really want, to see property. The website can tell me who has been there, what they looked at, when they came back, where they were looking and suggests properties to be emailed to them similar to what they looked at that they have not seen. The site also follows up automatically with drip campaigns and continues to email properties matching the buyer’s criteria at the buyer’s option. You are able to enter your own buyer’s into the system as well, for “incubation”. There is way more to the site than I can explain in an email but one huge feature is that each of my team basically has their own individual website and the buy in by my team has been 100 %. Yet, I always control the site. As leads come in, they are assigned to an inside sales person or rotated among your agents. If an agent fails to follow up on a lead within 24 hours, the site shuts off their leads until you turn it back on. Yet, even if the agent fails to follow up, the site still emails to them and they have a call center option which will follow up for you. It also has a referral network for sellers.

The system is limited to a specific number of users in any market place. They will not oversell a territory. For example, if you are in Phoenix, AZ, sorry it is sold out. The same holds true for Denver CO and other areas. I was recently in Denver at a conference. While sitting with a friend from Dallas who I referred to RG, he was notified over his cell phone of 21 leads that went to his team in that time frame alone. While I get over 300 leads per month, he gets over 400. The site also has a mortgage side of it and is designed to have your mortgage “partner” participate in the cost. My friends lead cost is under $4.00 per lead. After about 4 years in the business, I am told only a few have ever given it up. I just signed for my second site and I have a friend in Philly who has requested his third site. Talk about a powerful listing tool, recruiting tool and agent retention tool, this is it.

 

 

So, before your area is sold to one of your competitors, I suggest you call Matt for a Demo. If you want buyers and I mean a lot of buyers, this is the answer. I know I have left a lot out of what the site does, but Matt can demo that for you. His number again is 206-571-1402.
