I agree with Melina.  We are using it right now just for a trial run to see what we think.  We have definitely gotten leads from it but have to 'educate' every one of them on the foreclosure process and explain to them how foreclosures may or may not get them the best deal.  We have a lot of houses on the market right now and foreclosures and short sales in our area are not necessarily the best deal.  But many of them have gone to a seminar or talked to someone about foreclosures and think they can get them for next to nothing.  We end up spending a lot of time educating them on investing, foreclosures and agency and it does take a lot of time.  And some of them pay for the service of RealtyTrac and so they feel as though they know more than an agent or feel that they don't need the services of the agent.  We haven't closed any transactions yet but have a few in the works.  However, I don't feel that they are our most loyal customers and clients.
