Realty Generator - Jul. 5, 2007

David:

I have used several lead services and most of the leads are as good as looking in the phone book. I have however found one lead generation service that you will want to look at if you want buyers. It’s called Realty Generator. There are some seller leads generated, a referral area for sellers, but mostly buyer leads. I have been with them for about 9 months and last month got over 350 leads from them.

My team rates them as the best leads we generate other than sign calls. It has a website application that is part of the service. It’s not cheap, but I know that on the 1st day of every month, I will have at least 200 quality buyer leads coming in without placing 1 ad, mailing 1 postcard, sending 1 newsletter or lifting 1 finger. I pay a flat fee every month and get a minimum of 200 leads. Last month, 374 leads and there is no up charge or costs per lead associated. You should check them out.

If you have interest, call Matt Bonds at 206-571-1402. Matt is with Realty Generator and can do a demo for you. They are market sensitive and will not over sell an area. For example, if you are in the Phoenix market, you can’t get this service as they are sold out. They will guarantee you X number of leads. You will love the included website. There are only 2 lead generation services that I will recommend and this is one of them. Best of luck.

What kind of cost is involved here?

Does it have to do with the level or participation or do you just pick out a number of leads you want?

Thanks,

Jerry Calvin

I hear that Realty Generator is overly pricey.  I did find an alternative at a fraction of the price that works just as good.  The best part about it....there is no set up fee and the first 30 days are free and after that you pay a fraction of what realty generator charges.  Here is the site:  http://www.realtyclients.net
