Hi all,
I have had a Number1Expert site (actually have had two different sites) for several years. Each year has produced over $100K in income - directly from the site!
I am now having a lot of repeat business from buyers who originally came via the website. Just closed my fourth transaction with the same couple...just short of $2M! I have clients from all over the world: Tokyo, Saudi Arabia , Italy - and several different states.
One of the things I like best about them is that THEY do all the marketing for you. When I had an AA site, they kept suggesting ways for me to add things to improve my site; that cost time and money. Best Image (Number1Expert) costs more initially but includes a
lot more. I simply did not (and do not) have the time to do it all myself.
After 18 years in a different market, I relocated and had to start over. With no base, no leads, no referrals, etc., I can tell you that they are responsible for a huge part of my success.
One caveat: they do not take anyone. You need to have a minimum number of years in the business and need to have a minimum amount of production.

I have a www.BestImage.com web site promoted via the www.number1expert.com site (it's a package. I have had mine since 1999 and it has produced a large percentage of my business. I don't know why Jim's failed to work for him but mine is the best investment that I have made. It takes personalzation, IDX connect and listings to work You can call or email me off line if you want more details.

I had a Number 1 Expert Site for 2+ years. Lots of good content. Looks great.
I can say, I don't have a Number 1 Expert site.. But on page 1 search results of some of my keywords, other than the homegains, realtor.com's, etc. The Number 1 Expert sites are the sites to beat. They rank well in my area. .. No doubt about it. I've frankly considered 'if you can't beat em join em' - but I'm slowly but surely gaining on them doing my own thing ... I do not actually like the looks of the sites, but they sure do the job (at least in my area).
