My House Values Story - Nov. 30, 2006

I've been using House Values leads for two years and am happy with the service, the staff, and the ever-increasing ROI on my investment.  What Ed Chaparro says is so true, the conversion success is up to me.  The Market Leader contact management and drip mail system have taught me some of the nuances of Internet follow-up.  I call my prospect database "popcorn".  My prospects are cooking and something is always popping up.

I'm one of those technologists with a sales and marketing background, who moved into real estate three years ago.  I tried several of the other prospecting methodologies that were recommended in training and by mentors, but what finally catapulted me into my steady stream of business is House Values.  When I did my research, only one person I spoke to was positive about the company, yet when I asked the important questions, listened to the answers, and then followed my gut, I knew I was committing to a prospecting process that would work for me.

I have listened to the many comments on House Values over the past two years and have heard the steady stream of animosity towards the company.  However, my interactions with the company have been positive, the customer service and coaching staff have been professional and responsive, plus with my longevity and success, I now negotiate my contracts to match my evolving business plan. 

My gross income tripled this year and now matches that of my previous career.  My expenses increased about 50% with the addition of a virtual assistant and increased property marketing costs.  I'm planning for similar increases next year.  To me, House Values and Just Listed leads helped me get my business off the ground successfully, and continue to be an important part of creating a long-term sustainable business.
