I agree the leads are very "cold". Most requests are made by people who only
want a free appraisal. (Seller leads) The buyer leads are just kicking the
tires so to speak. I felt a huge pressure to respond to each request very
quickly, which is not always possible. The clients I spoke with were not
receptive to my calls. I found this process to be very costly and time
consuming. Not to mention they will charge you for the full year even if you
do not continue with the service. Buyer beware do not purchase any service
before reading the fine print. FYI not one lead was converted into a buyer
or seller. Which may just be a reflection of my skills.
It is not your skills. I had a very bad experience with house values and had
to get an attorney to get me out of the contract. Big waste of time &
money. Those leads are looking for some kind of automated CMA. They get mad
when they find out an agent will be contacting them, which is at the very
end of the profile form.
