Homes.com Websites - Nov. 10, 2006

I have had Advanced Access since 1998 and seemed to do well-until about
the last 9 months.  My leads have decreased to almost nothing. I am
considering a change to another site such as Craig Proctor's. Can anyone give me any thoughts or opinions?

RE: Homes.com Websites - Apr. 8, 2008

Have you considered sponsoring a community website in your marketing area. These sites are interactive, and exlusive to the realtor. Imagine the community you farm has a community intra-net and you are the only realtor on there. This is a great way to gain exposure, and position yourself as the expert in your neighborhood. Take a look at what I do, I would love to hear some feedback.
