You are using Home Gain's pay per click and have a lot of traffic, but
have you gotten a listing or sale from it? I would be interested in
what your return on investment is as they have been contacting me for some time
to offer me this.

I have gotten two sales directly from my website in the last 6 months, total
commissions to me $33,000, total outlay to HomeGain in the time since I started
with them is about $6000. (same 6 months) Since 55 to 60 percent of
my traffic comes from the HomeGain, I would have to say that it is probable that
at least one of these people came from them. Also, I have three active
other buyers that are working with me now that have come from my website that I
think came through that registration page, one in the $3 Million range and 2 in
the $2 Million range, so I think it is worth it.
And I don't tell ANYONE in my office or otherwise about it, and I have a
standing order to buy all available time in my selected zip codes before it
comes up for anyone else. However, there are still some other zips
available!!!
