Run From Get My Homes Value - Jul. 5, 2007

NEVER USE  'GetMyHomesValue'

I was stuck with them for a one year contract in which I was finally able to drop after 9 months!

The very worst of all lead systems that I have worked with!

They are strangers to the truth in every twisted way!

Steer clear of their phony leads that have wrong phone numbers, wrong or no e-mail addresses, people who claim they never asked for any information, people wanting information about value of someone else's home, people supposedly looking for a home in a totally different state, curious people, children surfing, etc., etc., etc..........................

I tried both Sellers and Buyers and the deceit was with both type leads.

The excuses given by this company were not to be believed!  They were ridiculous!

I have never heard one good thing about this company from any agent, anywhere and yet it is suppose to be an agent who started this company!  I wonder if he would appreciate being duped like he is duping the agents that buy this terrible service.  My attorney looked over the contract and told me it was not worth going to court because it is written all in their favor.  He said for me just to bite the bullet and I did, almost $6,000.00 worth!  Don't be duped - steer clear of them and warn all other agents of their on-going scam.

Get My Homes Value - Jul. 5, 2007

I had a call today from "Get My Homes Value".  They are a lead generating
service.  Has anybody here ever used them?  They sounded rather pricey.  Are they worth it?

I HOPE they will be worth it. I just signed up for one zip code yesterday
in McKinney, TX. I was a tough sell because there were better zip code
areas that I kept asking for, but they were never available. So, I have to
assume that someone is getting some benefit. In fact, the sales agent told
me one agent had three of the top five zips I asked for.

I think I'm anxious to hear responses to your question, but just hope they
"break it to me easy!"
