My broker just started selling leads from our company web site. Thankfully they don't have a clue about SEO.

OMG! I can't believe your own broker is selling you leads. What's your incentive to stay? My companies' website has promonent SEO placement in our town. There is a place where people can inquire and thoses leads are rotated out daily...much like floor duty. I've sold several homes to buyer's who inquired through my companies website on my "day."
