Can any of you tell me of experiences you might have had with a company called Clicksmart? I checked with Judy McCutcheon in Dallas who uses them. She was very positive on her experience. My mileage certainly has not been the same. Anyone else know of these people and had good or back results.
Clicksmart is a PPC directory and the agent is charged by the position they take on the page. With the number of clicks received for the monthly amount paid, it has cost me $13.88 per click. I could have had Denver Real Estate for $13.88 PPC. This looks like another dot com over promising and under delivering.

Yikes, Bonnie. At $14/per click a hundred clicks a month equals $1400/mo or $17,000 annually. Some people get thousands of clicks... is it worth it? Can you trace actual transactions to it?

How many clicks does it take for you to obtain a lead - with name, phone # and e-mail address or at least one of them? 5, 10, 30, 50, 100? If you are paying $14 per click and not getting 100% sign up at this price you are paying too much. There are other methods of generating leads for 50 cents-3/5$ per lead. Save your money with these people.
Do they require that the searcher downloads some tool bar or whatever?

I searched "Denver real estate" on google and yahoo. Teamcox did not show up in google and is number 15 in yahoo sponsored ads. I went to my yahoo account and checked on the cost.
Teamcox is paying 1.01 per click for "denver real estate" to yahoo and the rest, I guess, goes to clicksmart. The #1 spot for "denver real estate" costs only 3.33 if you buy it from yahoo.
Open up your own account at yahoo and cut out the very expensive middle man. Try it, once you set it up it runs itself.
http://www.content.overture.com/d/ is the yahoo pay per click page
https://adwords.google.com/select/Login is the google pay per click page.
I need to start a pay per click business. The money they make is unreal.

| I'm in a deal with them, really thought i had something when it started had two good leads the first week, but neither worked out. Most of the calls i have received have been to rent a home. Cannot say I have one prospect that i can point to click smart. it was a weak moment on my part cheaper to use ppc for the $295 a month i pay them |

I have been a member of Clicksmart since July 2007. I started calling their tech support in the beginning and they told me to make some minor changes and more leads would come in. They have not. I should not have become a member of this service. The best appraisal of this site is they do not allow a trial period in which to see if leads are generated.
They debit my account, even though I have sent them a certified letter and several calls to stop.
Their site is not effective and a waste of your money.
No money back guarantee here.
Better to work on improving you company's website etc.
