Best Image -- Number One Expert - Jul. 15, 2006

I would love lots of feedback, positive, negative, or neutral, regarding Best Image Marketing's NUMBER1EXPERT product. 

I would truly appreciate if all NUMBER1EXPERT members would take a moment to please talk about the quality of the leads you are receiving, whether you have a plug-in or integrated membership, and what you do to ensure you maintain six or more listings during the periods when you do not have six exclusive listings.  Would you say that your membership brought you more buyers than new sellers?  Have you ever gotten a call from a seller because of your NUMBER1EXPERT membership? 

For those with integrated memberships, how much time do you spend adding listings to your site?  How much time do you spend requesting changes to the site they provide you, and are you pleased with the response time and their ability to handle your requests? 

I am certain that many other e-Pros also appreciate your taking the time to share with us.

I maintain two NUMBER1EXPERT sites.  Best Image limits what you can do to customize the site.  Once you choose the template, there is a fee of $250 to change the template, can't change anything in the right or left sidebars on the site or add any buttons or pages.  Their tech support has to make the changes and that sometimes takes 2 - 4 weeks to get it done.  You can change the copy.  Sub pages can be customized through the Diamond Cutter WYSIWYG editor.  You can't export your lead database - Best Image will export it to a .csv file once a month and send it to you.

The quality of leads is not any better or worse than any other site.  As with all new sites it takes 3 - 6 months for leads to begin generating.  They just recently started pushing the 6 active listings on the sites.  As far as I know neither of my clients has been contacted because of the NUMBER1EXPERT membership.  The email campaigns are pretty easy to set up and they do offer a lot of generic default letters to use.  As you are aware this company is quite expensive to get up & running.  I am not pleased with the amount of time it takes to get something done to the site if tech support has to do it.  The quality of "service" has dropped dramatically since Trader Publishing bought the company.
