Hello everyone, 

I'd like to find out if anyone is doing well with any of the lead-generating sites and also which ones you may have had a bad experience with.

I haven't had much luck with lead-generating sites and I can tell you of one to avoid. I paid over $200 to Agent Trade to have them set up a site for the zip codes I wanted. The leads were supposed to come rolling in and I would only have to pay $10 each for the ones I wanted to keep.  It was a total waste of money, as I have not received a single lead and I signed up over a year ago. 

Other programs I have tried are Realty Now, They sell their leads to 3
agents and are expensive. I have had limited success with then. I have
also tried JustListed.com with a little more success as I am the only agent to receive the leads. It is a pretty good program but again expensive. The majority of the leads I have gotten from any of the programs are people that are not qualified to buy.
