Input on Agent Connect/Reply.com - Jul. 5, 2006

Anyone do business with Agent Connect?  They seem to have an interesting
proposition, enough so that I am considering violating my personal "no 3rd party interlopers" rule and give these folks a shot at me.

I used Agent Connect/Reply with no success. The few leads that I worked
with either could not get financing or could only afford to buy a house
worth $120,000 and there are none of those in the Destin market.  Other
people I have spoken with did not have a positive experience either - so
I'd 'pass'

Do youself a big favor and stay away from Agent Connect. I signed up with them at the beginning of the year with the promise of "scrubbed" Buyer and Seller" leads. They claimed that they will make "good credit", which means that they will insure that the contact name and phone number are legit (I have to admit they are good with this)- but that is really it...there is no guarantee that when you call the contact that you will have positive results.

You agree to sign up for a set amount of leads per month and cost per lead, and they agree to send you a set amount of leads per month or credit you to the next month (if I recall correctly). So...someone who has 3 cents to their name could make a request to receive info on Buying a home and you call them and wonder why you just waisted $50.00 on that lead?

Be careful, that is all...Best spend your hard earned money doing mailers and/or working your sphere, etc.

I would suggest that you pass too.  I tried it and was not pleased wth the leads I received, and the cost, wow.
