It would be fun to build a Ning.com community into this site integrated on the web-page level.

I finally have a "luxury" web site. I found Microsoft's Expression Web to be much less user friendly that Front Page. Rather than endure a long self-education process, I picked a templated website provider. I found the format very limiting though. Some pages are still under construction, but I'd appreciate any feedback on what your impressions are in general. I'm not sure if it has quite the "wow" factor I originally envisioned...but perhaps it will "sparkle" when I incorporate some virtual tour/video elements.

The most important part is that You are Happy with it. Does this web template incorporate seo compatibility, a blog, etc. Wishing you continued success in all your endeavors.

Carol, your site needs to speak to your target market, especially in the top fold of the home page. If it is about you, you will undoubtedly lose their interest quickly. Not that you aren't an interesting and dynamic person, you are :)

The facts you listed about yourself are great, and worthy of being on your homepage, just not at the top. You need to draw your visitor in, make the site sticky. Encourage them to contact you. Offer a free download via signing up for your updates or newsletter. Think outside the box.

Connect with your readers - they need to know if they hire you - what's in it for them?

To your success!

I would like to hear opnion & comments from anyone (& possibly everyone) on "The exclusive ALHS ® - Accredited Luxury Home Specialist - designation is maintained and managed by the Luxury Home Council, a group of real estate experts specializing in the sale of luxury homes. The ALHS ® program is designed to provide agents with advanced training in the field of selling luxury homes."
