I've created a submission form on my site and have changed it a few times. I had to copy it onto each page of my site so it's getting pretty time consuming.

Is there a way to connect this "master" form that is located on a different page on the site to all the other forms, so I don't have to copy and paste into each page?

Thanks!

Iggy,

If you really want to have the exact same form on a page, simply copy the elements on one page's form and copy it into the form on the new page. Some of my forms are the same or similar, but many are uniqe because of their purpose. Also, I some times deliberately ask for different items on different forms just because I want to see if asking differently helps get better information.

If the form is always to be the same form on multiple pages (ie, if the form changes on one you want it changed on all the others exactly the same way) you could try to create the form as it's own page, and then use then insert it as an "includes page" on each page it is to appear.

When you change the form, it automatically appears 'included' in each page.

My $.02 worth. Hope this helps.

When using Front Page, you can create the form on it's own page. Then use an "include" component on all pages that you wish to use this form.
Then when you need to make changes to your form, you make it just one time and the changes will show up on all the pages..
Caution: Your host must provide Front Page Extensions on their server for this to work.
