March Madness Munchies:
Here are some super-easy snacks to enjoy while watching college hoops. They'll
keep you out of the kitchen, so you won't miss the action!
Beer Dip:
Combine 1 jar of Cheez Whiz and 1/3 cup of your favorite beer and microwave until
warm.
Experiment with different beers! Serve with crackers, pretzel rods or bread.
Salsa Black Bean Dip:
Combine equal parts of your favorite salsa with a jar of black beans. No need to
heat! Top with sliced black olives and serve with tortilla chips.
For a sweeter version, skip the black olives and stir in a bit of chopped pineapple.
Popcorn Trail Mix:
Combine popcorn, peanuts, and pretzels.
Zest it up with seasoning salt and/or chili powder -or- sweeten it with M&M's and
raisins.
Fruit Dip:
Combine 6 ounces or your favorite yogurt flavor with about 3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip.
Serve with sliced fruit. Use non-fat yogurt and non-fat Cool Whip for a healthy
treat!
