DNR IS HOSTING A SHORELAND OPEN HOUSE IN BRAINERD

 The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is currently reviewing the Shoreland Ordinance and taking public comment through Open House Meeting around the state.  The meeting includes a series of tables or information stations on various topics such as water quality, shoreland stewardship, vegetation management, conservation and fish &wildlife habitat.  They will hold one at the Brainerd Northland Arboretum on Tuesday June 17^th.  The hours are 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. You can find more information at: http://mndnr.gov/waters/shoreland.html
