I have 9 chickens and they are so happy spring has came.  They are out in their pen just enjoying the warm weather.  They are one year old and they laid eggs all winter.  We kept the chicken coop heated.  They are spoiled.  It is fun to watch them now that they are outside.  The snow is just about gone and the ice should be off of the lakes in a few weeks.  It is definitely a late spring in Minnesota.  Fishing opener is just around the corner.
