Buying a home? How do you avoid paying to much?
Finding the right home to meet you and your family’s needs is not easy but knowing how to avoid paying too much for the home is another matter.
A couple of tips are:
    Shop for a mortgage before you shop for a home.
    Make sure your REALTOR® knows what you are looking for.
